当別希望ヶ丘キリスト教会（以下「当教会」という）は、個人情報を取り扱うに当たり，個人 情報の保護に関する法律（平成十五年法律第五十七号）及び関連法令を遵守するとともに， この指針の定めるところにより，その適正を期するものとします。
1. Compliance with laws, regulations and rules
Our church will comply with laws, national guidelines and other standards regarding personal information.
2. Acquisition, use and provision of personal information
When acquiring personal information, the Church will clarify the purpose of use and will handle it within the scope necessary to achieve that purpose. In addition, we will establish a system to prevent the information from being used for any other purpose, and if the information is to be handled beyond the initial scope, we will respond in accordance with the regulations, such as obtaining the individual's consent again.

The Church will implement necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent and correct the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
4. Complaints and inquiries
The Church will accept complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information through its customer service desk, and will also respond appropriately and promptly to requests for disclosure of personal information.

Article 5 (Deletion of Personal Information)
The Church will promptly delete any personal information that it no longer needs to retain.
If an individual requests the deletion of their personal information, the Church will promptly delete it unless the Church has a legitimate interest in continuing to retain it.
